Programs for Schools

We partner with schools and districts to bring confidence, identity development, and leadership programming directly to girls of color in grades 6–12, right where they already are.

Programs for Women

Our workshops and retreats create intentional space for women of color to rest, lead, and reconnect with their purpose, because strong women raise strong girls.

Programs for Nonprofits

We collaborate with nonprofits and community organizations to bring KGS leadership development tools and workshops to the communities they serve.

The Impact You Help Us Make

Build Her Confidence From The Inside Out

Our flagship Confidence to Success program gives girls of color in grades 6–12 the tools to develop a strong identity, lead with authenticity, and navigate challenges with resilience. Delivered in cohorts directly inside partner schools, every session is designed to meet her where she is — and help her grow into who she is meant to be.

Programs Designed to Make Her Unstoppable

Every KGS program is built around her. Her identity, her strengths, and her potential. Whether she is discovering who she is in middle school or stepping into leadership in high school, our programs give her the community, the tools, and the confidence to keep going. Even when things get hard.

Let’s Connect

Whether you're a parent with a question, a school or organization looking to partner, a volunteer ready to jump in, or someone who just wants to be part of the Village, we want to hear from you. Reach out below and someone from our team will get back to you soon.

Become the Girl She Needed

The KGS Youth Ambassador Program invites girls who've walked through our programs to step into leadership on their own terms. Ambassadors represent KGS in their schools and communities, mentor younger girls coming up behind them, and continue the identity work that started in their own KGS journey, this time, passing it forward.

Identity is at the heart of everything we do at KGS, and that includes yours. Whether you've got an hour a month or a few hours a week, whether you want to mentor, show up at events, or work behind the scenes, there's a place for you here. You don't have to fit a mold to belong to this Village. We just need you to show up as exactly who you are.
